Nahar Niwas, also serving as the family's residence, features a private dining area, lounge, and bar. The residences are centrally located amidst the expansive gardens of the estate, surrounded by woods and lakes, all of which are air-conditioned, elegantly furnished in warm tones of green, rust, and brown, and offer generously sized ensuite bathrooms with modern fixtures and premium amenities.

For breakfast and lunch, guests can choose to dine alfresco, while dinners are typically served in front of Nahar Niwas, accompanied by the peaceful ambiance of the starry night sky.
