Bhupendra Singh Chundawat is a passionate traveler who always had grand aspirations. After exploring various parts of the world, he desired to create a luxurious homestay experience that went above and beyond in terms of exceptional service and amenities, providing guests with unforgettable memories. Discovering the idyllic location where Premkunj now stands, on the fringes of the Sajjangarh Reserve with stunning views of the Aravalli mountain range, was the catalyst that spurred him to turn his dream into reality. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, listening to music, collecting rare and exquisite artifacts, and horse riding. As a Polo enthusiast, he has participated in several games and wielded the mallet with expertise.

Its strategic location allows guests to easily explore Udaipur, as the city center is just 20 minutes away. Bhupendra Singh Chundawat spent two years turning his homestay dream into reality, resulting in a place that showcases impeccable attention to detail. From its colonial architecture to its tasteful interiors, hand-selected artwork, and artifacts, every element has been carefully considered. The hospitality provided is a testament to the homestay's dedication to excellence.

Premkunj is a boutique homestay that offers luxurious accommodation, featuring eight spacious guest rooms that are meticulously designed and decorated to create a unique ambiance. Each room boasts a walk-in closet and an attached bathroom with modern fittings and amenities. The luxury mountain view rooms, located on the first floor, provide guests with breathtaking views of the hills, while the ground floor rooms overlook the lush gardens and the inviting pool. All rooms are non-smoking, and are equipped with large beds, a separate working area, and a private balcony with a stunning view. For families or larger groups, an extra bed can be accommodated in all rooms to comfortably fit three adults or two adults and a child.
Dining at Premkunj is a delightful experience, with guests having the option of dining indoors in the air-conditioned dining room or enjoying an al fresco dining experience.
